Thermo-Alchemist and Thing in the Ice  ^Flip both rely on you having tons of instants and sorceries, so cards that aren't either of the two types are going to hinder you. Maybe switch Curious Homunculus  ^Flip, Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, and Imprisoned in the Moon for some cantrips or card draw.

Bloodveld sure some cards that aren't instants/sorceries won't help Thermo-Alchemist and Thing in the Ice  ^Flip but they still help and add support. I don't want too many indtants/sorceries because it messes with the support. I do like the idea of card draw for better advantage though! Thank you for the ideas!

$200 is not budget in almost any format, definitely not for standard. I would take the "budget" tag off of this until it gets below $100.

Midn8, the art chosen for his islands and mountains are being registered at $7 each, his deck is like $70 cheaper then the stated price.

Are you using Fiery Temper for the madness? Because if not, shock or (I don't know if it's legal,) lightning bolt would be better.
