This is my own home brew budget version of the more well known UR Control deck that uses Metallurgic Summonings and Fevered Visions instead of Torrential Gearhulk and Wandering Fumarole (Although, those would be good here too) as finishers. Baral, Chief of Compliance is used to help cheat out the more expensive spells and to loot into the combo. The game usually ends with a very large Pull from Tomorrow that fills your hand and makes a 6/6 to 8/8.

I'm having a lot of fun playing this deck on MTGO and after a little more testing and tuning I'll run it in a league.
