My Sphinx Hijinks deck uses blue control staples to stall the game, with a little support from red burn spells to bring some damage to the table. It is named for Sphinx of Jwar Isle, the primary win condition.

I built this deck on a very tight budget (spent about $9 on the cards), as I have expendable income to spend. I use it to play casually with my group of Magic-playing friends, who generally get mad at me for countering all their fun spells.

Any advice on improving this deck on a budget is greatly appreciated! :)
