A simple Urabrask the Hidden dragon tribal EDH deck. Some creatures aren't Dragons but are just simply fun/useful cards, like Heartless Hidetsugu.

Also as a side note, Warp World is primo fun in a dragon deck. Getting all those permanents out for free... Priceless.
