Hello Chris. This build is Uril, the Miststalker for approximately $53.32, (2/20/2017)

I would highly recommend that you find a website that lets you test out this deck before going all in and buying a bunch of cards. I use websites like tappedout.net, untap.com for deck testing. Just play through a couple of sample turns and see if you like the feel of the deck, not just this budget version.

This deck that I built is VERY MUCH a prototype. It is hard for me to determine how many of each effect from the auras that I should include. I will continue to build and test and keep you informed about the possible updates I make.

I have tried to make a relatively good mana curve for this deck along with the cards that have an amazing value. I have included lots of cards in the maybe board as possible upgrades.

I have highlighted the sideboard upgrades that I would EXTREMELY recommend for this build. Cards like Bear Umbra and XenaGod are hard to pass up with this deck at its best build.

Also, if there is ever any other deck that you are considering building feel free to ask me for advice. I have a passion for deck building in this game and would love to help you out building up any of your decks.
