hello, my current deck is Mirri the Cursed artifact voltron. and I really like it but I dont like the draw back of only running 1 color, even though monoblack is one of the best mono colors in EDH.

So here's Uril, the Miststalker who addresses some of the problems mirri has. Uril has protection in the form of hexproof, and pumps himself up by +2/+2 for all auras attached to him. Mirri has innate evasion, and haste, but is easy to remove and hard to pump.

It puts you in some awkward positions, should you run Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves in either deck? probably not, its a waste of a card slot. The best things for mirri are the Lashwrithe, Nightmare Lash, and Strata Scythe along with some form of protection like Champion's Helm or Darksteel Plate. But even then, you are vulnerable while piecing it together, and its really hard to 1 shot people and harder still to rebuild after doing nearly 21. Mirri would be much better if it's +1/+1 counter was on combat damage to player rather than to a creature.

Uril on the other hand, lacks haste, but he is hard to remove from the board. Uril starts as a 5/5 face puncher to boot. Enchantments are good at providing flying, trample, or protection from creatures which ensures the damage goes through.

I also love the powerful permanent removal in Naya that black longs for.

Looking forward to any feedback!
