Combos generally include getting Urza infinite mana to use his activated ability and winning with Lab Man!!

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + 3 mana rocks + Urza = infinite mana, then use Lab man!

Alternatively we can use Painter's Servant + Grindstone to mill out a player a turn. If you have Unwinding Clock on the battlefield, you can reactivate this combo on every opponent's untap step and mill them out on that turn.
