While the food chain combo was not my idea, it is hilarious and I wanted to build a more budget friendly competitve list, instead of the full on cEDH list here: Urza Flash Scepter.

The Thassa's Oracle addition allows me to steal a Consultation win as well. Simply cast Flash on top of someone else's Demonic Consultation and hold priority to cast Narset's Reversal on the consultation.

Just let me know if there is anything obvious I missed with this list.
