Urza, Lord High Artificer is just a broken card with too many words, so we are going to take advantage of that. The aim of this deck is to ramp like crazy and use Urza, Lord High Artificer to turn all of our artifacts into mana sources.

First we want to try to get out some stax pieces to bog the game down for our opponents. Winter Orb, Static Orb, and Storage Matrix are the ideal pieces. We can manipulate these with Urza to turn them into asymmetrical effects. All we have to do is tap them on the end step of the player who goes before us and we get to ignore the effects.

Ultimately the goal of the deck is to make infinite mana using Hullbreaker Horror and then cast our entire deck using Urza's ability. That ought to do it.
