Facing off in a final climactic battle, Urza realizes his brother Mishra has been corrupted by the evil that is Phyrexia. He releases the plane-shattering Sylex Blast that sinks the continent of Argoth and sends the plane of Dominaria into an ice age.

This is a heavily upgraded Urza Precon. All tap lands even the artifact tap lands were removed to make it faster. Expensive Mana rocks added to make it faster. The idea is to cast Urza fast, create Constructs fast and use a number of infinite combos to win the game.
