This Deck is supposed to compete against other legacy decks in a casual but optimized environment (strong decks, but mostly not meant to be played in tournaments). It should be able to hold its ground in 1v1 as well as in multiplayer formats.

I used to run a more "glasscannon" version with cards like Arcbound Ravager / Signal Pest / Memnite and heavy focus on Cranial Plating.

The new additions from Modern Horizons 2 (Urza's Saga / Esper Sentinel / Thought Monitor / Nettlecyst) allow for a slower midrange style of play which I prefer for casual / multiplayer games.

So far, playtesting has shown that Urza's Saga is bonkers, especially in combination with Shadowspear. I'm on the verge about how many Dispatch / Thoughtcast / Ethersworn Canonist I want to play.
