So the idea of this deck is I wanted to make a Liliana themed Esper Zombie deck. I also added the challenge of trying to make a deck that could compete with fast hard hitting EDH decks like Slivers. Varina, Lich Queen is a great commander to help with his cause its going to give us a few edges I'm aiming to abuse to the fullest extent.

So originally I had various mana rocks, tossed in like Sol Ring but I took them out. I feel based on what I'm going with here Crypt Ghast will be much more beneficial in the long run, and a lot harder to get rid of since if its killed I can just bring it back with a multitude of different ways. Bone Miser is added in, for a zombie that is going to reward us for tossing away our cards that Varina, Lich Queen makes us discard, and Crucible of Worlds allows us to just toss away mana just to pull it on the battlefield at our leisure.

Second thing I wanted to have is a decent draw engine. Varina, Lich Queen Already does a pretty impressive job at being a decent draw engine but I also added in Cryptbreaker and God-Eternal Bontu to supplement this. Furthermore, we have a ton of tutor cards thrown in to help get the cards you need to diffuse any situation that may arise.

With so many zombies coming in fast I also added a few sac outlets to help turn zombies into a kind of currency. By saccing zombies you can make mana, drain life, or even pull cards you want back from the graveyard.

Lastly as a Liliana deck, there is ALOT of Liliana cards available at our disposal, and all that drawing is going to mean that more than likely, there are going to be some a few Liliana cards in every game. My basic strategy is a overwhelming force of various Liliana cards and zombies multiplying constantly. I honestly kind of feel that The Chain Veil is a bit overkill but it is her veil, so I just feel that it kind of completes things.

The maybeboard consists of either cards I had in the deck at one time that I have removed, or cards I'm considering adding in if I can find a suitable card for substitution.

On a final note, I want to give credit where it is due and say that this deck was built by researching several zombie/esper decks so a huge thank you to all contributors and thank you to people who commented on other decks I've created trying to build this deck.
