My friend had a deck like this when Amonkhet first came out but it didn't have enough support so he tore it apart. I felt the need to make a U/W deck but the color scheme isn't really my play style, but then I thought why not make it aggressive? So I remembered the deck that he made and looked at the cards that came out of Hour Of Devastation and immediately fell in love with the idea. But sadly, I'm not the only one thinking of this since, upon further investigation, this is a known deck. But this is my spin on it.
