This is still a blueprint, hence why it is incomplete. I am going to start getting my hands on a set of Snapcasters through trading my Geists of Saint Traft.

Main reason Ghost Quarter is in there is because of many of the lands being played in the meta such as Wolf Run, or if I need extra mana I could always sack a tapped land and replace it with an untapped. Plus, that way it would be a free shuffle.

Evolving Wilds is in for the free shuffle aspect.

Mana Leak seems to slowly be getting worse and worse as people are playing more late game and have more mana available, thus the Dissipates are in there as well due to flashback reasons as well.

Sphinx of Uthuun, Frost Titan and Consecrated Sphinx are in not only as bombs, but also as a way to acquire more cards and soft lock.

Gitaxian Probe, Think Twice, Ponder and Blue Sun's to plan and aquire more cards.

Oblivion Ring is to get rid of threats, whether they be a creature, artifact or enchantment.

White Sun's to get more creatures late game, just in case I need it after the boardwipes and O-Rings.

Gideon is in there because some people simple can't deal with him. He's useful to redirect attacks, assassinating opponent creatures and bombing if needed.

Besides those, I am not quite sure what else to put in this deck. It's a fairly standard UW control then bomb with boardwipes if needed.
