This deck basically is a U/W control which uses Isochron Scepter to imprint and reuses counterspells mainly. It is also intended for [[Isochron Scepter to imprint Dawn Charm to prevent all combat damage that can be dealt while allowing the rest of the smaller creatures to hit through before Iona, Shield of Emeria is summoned.

Vedalken shackle and the counterspells in early game will try to prolong the game to turn 4 for a sweep if necessary. Gideon Jura will serve as a way to force enemy attackers to attack me every turn so that they will not have any blockers to block when I attack.

Restoration Angel and Snapcaster Mage will and can serve as extra measures for countering and attackers if necessary as well.
