This is pretty much a repeat of U/W Control Cheap by namemattersnot.

I'm wanting to know what I could do to improve it though. It works very well against most decks currently but I'm always keen to improve it and get it to a point where it might be Tournament ready.

I'm also wanting to get some ideas on the side board, I've listed what I have ATM but think I could do alot better as my side boarding is usually pretty sub-par :P
