This deck is just a fun little game of attrition, using mana rocks along with Land Equilibrium to limit opponents' mana base, while making everything cost a fortune. Then stax hits the board, I make sacrifice outlets with Elspeth, and watch everyone lose their boardstate. Basically American economics... with cards.
