UW Control list featuring Thopter Spy Network . I have played a similar list in Theros-Standard when you were able to reliably turn on Spy Network with Darksteel Citadel. This is now possible again with Clue tokens, and thanks to Thraben Inspector and decent enough control spells that produce Clues, this deck seems viable again. The power of Thopter Spy Network is greatly underrated in my opinion and I just love it.

Key cards:

Thopter Spy Network is obviously one of the key cards in the deck. It is a superb draw engine once your Thopter tokens start working and the constant stream of Thopters is also a decent finishing mechanic.

Thraben Inspector has proven its worth already in the current Standard. The Clue that it produces is also key to activating Thopter Spy Network .

Hangarback Walker is probably the second most important component of this deck since it is the most reliable way of turning on Thopter Spy Network . Declaration in Stone and Stasis Snare is our worst enemies here, but bar those we don't fear removal since the tokens still activate Thopter Spy Network .

Artificer's Epiphany is probably the best draw spell in Standard with Hangarback Walker or a Clue on the board and synergises beautifully with the deck.

Foundry of the Consuls and Expose Evil are just more enablers for Thopter Spy Network whilst still fulfilling key roles on their own.

The rest of the cards in the deck are generic and is actually very versatile in terms of your Blue-counter and White-removal packages.
