wow very cool. maybe Supreme Verdict or Terminus ?

I could see Verdict in the side against robots, since All Is Dust doesn't do anything there. Thanks for the feedback =]

you could def. use Azorius Charm over Repeal all of its modes do good stuff

December 4, 2013 2:41 a.m.

PrimeSpeaky says... #4

Azorius Charm is too color intensive IMO. Plus, repeal hits more than just a creature and it does it before it swings while still drawing a card. Normally I'd agree due to the mana intensive nature of Repeal with that X in the CMC but when torn goes off you have 7 colorless at least... I'd rather use repeal to get 2/3 modes out of what is get from the charm.

I used to run it mainboard but I decided I'd rather ship it to the side to give me a 3rd wrath effect since I play pretty much only creature match ups

December 4, 2013 5:34 p.m.

Would suggest Cryptic Command simply due to how amazing the card is... All the modes are useful and although it does require BBB considering how good it is... sideboard worthy?

December 5, 2013 8:09 a.m.

Cryptic is VERY amazing in this format. Unfortunately, Tron has a hard time with too many mana intensive cards since you're trying to go off with colorless mana realatively quick. I don't think its too feasible here

Thats a shame, if you'd have said yes, I'd have said Omniscience too! Hahaa.. because who doesnt like putting their nonland cards in for free? What about Leyline of Anticipation for the flash? I believe there is a colourless version of it but i've no idea what its called...

Fun cards, but what you have to remember when you add cards you have to take stuff out. As much as I love an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn at end step, I don't think there's really a piece I could see being worth taking out for flash enablers lol

+1, Awesome.

Glad to see Ghostly Prison making an appearance. Any use for Spell Snare in the side? It's rather meta specific sure, but it kind of fits with your tempo-ish strategy--at just one mana, I absolutely love this card.

Does the deck lose fuel at all? I'd suggest Serum Visions , but it might take away from your offensive side a bit.. I think you've got the right idea using removal/counter draw spells, but Serum Visions might help set up your draws if you found you needed that..

Is Halimar Depths too slow?

December 6, 2013 2:03 a.m.

PrimeSpeaky says... #12

I LOVE Spell Snare I've played it in every Ux deck Ives played for the last 7-8 months as a two of in the main. Frankly though, it doesn't quite fit what the deck is trying to pull off, we would rather stall the board state till we wrath, Gifts into Elesh Norn/Iona or Emrakul for a win.

As for running out steam, if CAN happen but doesn't happen too often. Between your control elements and Eye of Ugin to tutor for Eldrazi you're drawing far more cards than the midrange/aggro match ups can keep up with for the most part. Especially since Gifts Ungiven becomes a card advantage head game after you've shot off the reanimation package.

Halimar would be pretty good if I were running the mono blue list, sadly I need my UW a little too much to leave too many lands that tap for only one of the two to play it without pulling the basics from the list.

I'd also like to take the chance to say for anyone who's commented with a suggested card or idea I appreciate the feedback, and I'm sorry if I come off condescending in defending the decks card choices. There are good cards being suggested, but just because a card is good doesn't mean it is something you cram into a deck sadly, otherwise deck building and tuning would be SO much easier, so please don't take it as me saying "You're wrong" so much as "I could, but this is why I went this direction" :)

Oh and for the record, Ghostly Prison is amazing against dedicated aggro decks that don't tend to have a lot of mana (see Burn, Robots, RG aggro and Bogle). It forces them to either over extend or pay mana to swing which ticks back the clock they have

No worries!

You're the pilot after all! I haven't played this deck, so don't worry at all, no offense taken!

Looks fun and solid to play. I'll have to give this type of deck a shot one day. Your deck will look pretty sweet foiled!

Just 15 more cards for the main board and then I'm gonna work on the sideboard once I figure out solidly what it's gonna run :) You should give the deck a play test some of your friends and let me know what you think, for a month straight this rocked my meta pretty hard since it's very midrange and aggro heavy. T3/T4 Elesh just wins lol

One suggestion as another win con... Mindslaver to go with Academy Ruins .

December 8, 2013 5:04 p.m.

PrimeSpeaky says... #17

@gufymike Its already in the sideboard, just not enough room in the mainboard. It wrecks UWx but otherwise feels too slow for my meta

I've seen a bunch of Tron decks with Spellskite in the sideboard. Don't know if you've considered that.

Actually that deals with Twin and one guy who plays Ad Naseum, you sir are awesome brokendwarf

I feel like this is a lot of win more, but absolutely insane when everything goes your way ;P +1 for the idea

RobSchneider says... #21

You might want to include a singleton mindslaver, as it fits with your tron plan and you can force the dreaded "slaver-lock" with academy ruins.

December 11, 2013 7:41 p.m.

PrimeSpeaky says... #22

@RobSchneider

I did run it in the main for a little while but it really shines in a Midrange/Control Matchup. My meta is fairly Aggro/combo though, making it to slow so its been moved to the sideboard

December 12, 2013 1:40 a.m.

Nice deck +1
Could you just be so kind and remove the Foil thingys? this would make the decklist ways more clear and the Tappedout-Foils look crappy anyways...
Why don't you maindeck the Mindslaver lock? This is the way, I play tron right now (got most of the cards cheap from an garage sale :D ) and it rocks (especially the face of your opponent, when he realizes, what's going on)
I like the reanimate combo, you're pulling of there btw.

December 12, 2013 11:50 a.m.

PrimeSpeaky says... #24

Don't worry Knochenkotzer666 pretty soon there shouldn't be any non-foils left which means it'll be easy enough to read lol. As for the slaver lock its just too slow in the face of aggro/combo which is what most of my meta is, so its pretty much just a meta choice. I love it though, pulling it off always makes me laugh and always makes the opponent cry =P But so does the reanimator combo, and it can shut out aggro by using Elesh as a board wipe or Iona can just stop them from playing anymore (Mono Red is a thing in my meta) and I can pull that off way earlier which is why I went with that package. And thanks for the +1 man =]
