Welcome to my UWr Midrange for FNM (starting May, 17st).

23 instants
I love instants. So, I play 23 instants and 5 flash creatures. With this, I will mostly play in my opponent turn.

4x Azorius Charm
This card is one of my most powerful ones. Most of the time, I will play it for "put target attacking or blocking creature on top of its owner's library". For 2 mana, not only you will remove a creature on board, but your opponent will loose 1 turn of drawing. It's an awesome card advantage.

4x Render Silent
This counter spell will fuse your opponent brain. The only difficulty is to get 2 blue mana. But once you have them, just counter the first spell of your opponent to end his turn. It's awesome to gain time. Also, most of the time, you will render silent you opponent, untap your lands at your turn, draw a card and say "your turn" :)

4x Think Twice
Card advantage is the most important thing you need. Also, it will virtually remove 4 card of your 60 cards deck improving your chance to get what you need. Play it at the end of your opponent turn if you have nothing more to play. You can also flashback it if you need.

3x Sphinx's Revelation
No need to introduce this awesome card. In midgame, this card will help you come back on the battlefield with 3, 4, 5 cards more in hand.

3x Turn / Burn
This card will not only let you blast a 2 endurance card but also, for 5 mana, you can totaly disable a creature like Boros Reckoner, Thragtusk or every creature who got an annoying capacity when killed or blasted. It's more expensive than a simple "destroy target creature" but also more powerful.

2x Searing Spear
Nice blast to kill an annoying creature. Also, you can flashback it with Snapcaster Mage for 4 mana.

2x Essence Scatter
Counter spelling a creature for 2 mana is very nice. Don't forget to side it if your opponent do not play a lot of strong creatures (this is mostly never the case).

1x Aurelia's Fury
Finish your opponent or kill some creatures. It's a nice and versatile card. Anyway, it's expensive so only one of it is enough to get it only on mid or end game.

3 sorceries
Only one sorcery because it worth it.

3x Supreme Verdict
This spell is a must have in any blue/white control deck. It will clean the board when there are too much creatures. When you got one, try to wait until there is enough creatures on the battlefield for maximum efficiency on the game.

9 creatures
5 flash creatures to play on opponent turn, 2 for card advantage and 2 real beasts.

3x Restoration Angel
On of the best flash creatures in game. It's a little expensive but a good blocker who can disable a blast on one of your creatures or remove it from battle. Also, it's flying so what else ?

2x Snapcaster Mage
A nice card to play another Searing Spear, Render Silent , Azorius Charm or Essence Scatter on opponent turn. You can also kill a creature at the same time by blocking it.

2x Augur of Bolas
Can block and there is a lot of chance that this card will get you another spell.

1x AEtherling
Well. This creature looks a little expensive. But in fact, it's a very nice killing machine. You are going to play a lot on opponent turn but sometimes, your mana can be wasted because your opponent just don't play or is not very agressive. With this creature, you can attack at 8 (for 4 mana) or block anything and then exile it for 1 mana. And you can put it unblockable. It's very versatile but dangerous if you need mana for another thing. Use it with caution to not losing it stupidly.

1x Avacyn, Angel of Hope
It's always nice to have a real beast in deck for endgame. Put this one and win the game :)
If you don't like this Angel, you can play any other beast creature you like. Something unblockable or with hexproof should be good.

Tamiyoooo !
I can't play a deck without a Planeswalker because it's cool :)

1x Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
This Planeswalker is the best you can get in this deck because it control a lot (just tap the most annoying creature on the opponent battlefield) and can give you nice card advantage if you opponent attacks. Anyway, you will not use the "-2" very often because if your opponent attacks, it will probably target Tamiyo to kill it. And if you think you have enough in hand to counter you opponent for 5 turns, you win :)
