I just started playing magic a couple weeks ago, and I really want to make my u/r deck strong. Out of all the decks my friends have let me play with, this is the deck I have the most fun with.

I want to get it going so I can do some tournaments, and than I'll make more modifications as RtR comes out.

I know the Stromkirk noble is a little odd, but I feel like it gives me strong early game in addition to delver. Without it, i felt like my deck was just too slow
