Usually wins by taking 4+ turns in a row with Narset out and either just commander damaging them to death or just out valuing them with free Planeswalkers.

Note worthy combos are Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil + Other Planeswalkers to use them as many times a Teferi, Temporal Archmage has counters; Ral Zarek can also do this to a degree while you plus him. Aggravated Assault + Sword of Feast and Famine for infinite combat steps to commander damage someone to death.
