An Izzet storm deck with the end goal of copying Eternal Dominion as many times as possible to sculpt a win out of your opponents’ decks.

Primary wincons for the deck are token swarm, Guttersnipe effects, or storming off with Mind's Desire or Eternal Dominion.

Combos

Vadrik with 4 power + Reiterate + Storm-Kiln Artist = Infinite Storm and Infinite copies of any spell you cast.

Vadrik with 3 power + Clockspinning + Storm-Kiln Artist = Infinite Storm and Infinite +1/+1 Counters on any creature with a counter on it.

Tutor Targets

When using Fervent Mastery, the standard tutor targets are Mystic Retrieval, Reiterate, and any ritual. The best is Brass's Bounty.

Note: Buyback doesn't return a flashback spell to hand, so Past in Flames is not the optimal choice typically, but can be useful in the late game.
