Vadrok, Apex of Thunder has a fun ability that triggers on mutate you may cast a noncreature card with cmc 3 or less from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.

The goal is to use that ability as much as possible.

We'll fill our graveyard by drawing and discarding cards. Creating a toolbox of cards to pick from.
Then using creatures like Grinning Ignus, Glitterfang or dash in a Mardu Scout mutating Vadrok, Apex of Thunder on, cast something fun from your graveyard, then both creatures go back to your hand to do it again next turn.

Just so we're not totally exposed, cards like Talrand, Sky Summoner and Shark Typhoon will create flying buddies for us to establish some sort of board presence.
