Sideboard

Maybeboard

A mono (pretty much) control artifact deck. Uses artifacts with heavy synergy to control the board and take over the game. The deck can easily switch out a few money cards for cards in the maybe-board and be very budget.

The main issue with the deck is the cost of many of the better artifacts. To fix this, I added Etherium Sculptor and Cloud Key, I decided against Krark-Clan Ironworks and Simian Spirit Guide after testing because KCI was always out too late to be useful, and Simian Spirit Guide was better replaced with Cloud Key. I'm also considering tron lands, but there are enough colored costs, and not enough space for ways to assemble it.

The win condition is March of the Machines. I included 2 so the early artifacts could take control of the opponents board, and end the game by drawing into March of the Machines and attacking.

Clock of Omens and Unwinding Clock are used to give creatures made with March of the Machines pseudo-vigilance and re-use the 'value' artifacts with tap abilities or "as long as this is untapped" artifacts like Storage Matrix. Clock of Omens also creates great synergy with artifacts like Genesis Chamber, Howling Mine, and Trinisphere

The remaining artifacts are used to control the board, or create threats. ie: Icy Manipulator, Culling Dias... etc.

Feel free to add any creatures or lands from affinity to change or diversify threats. ie: Inkmoth Nexus, Arcbound Ravager, etc.

The next section is for people who want to go in depth Ignore if you are skimmingNotes on deck: Rust Tick is insane against affinity and can shut off their entire deck using Clock of Omens or Voltaic Key. A great game winning combo Kuldotha Forgemaster + Blightsteel Colossus is not included, but could easily be.---I didn't include it because Blightsteel Colossus is a dead draw without Master Transmuter. Playing Mycosynth Golem is a little risky, but if the deck is tuned to postpone the game as long as possible, it can let you play your entire hand and every card you draw for free, basically winning you the game.---Scale of Chiss-Goria, Tooth of Chiss-Goria and Ethersworn Shieldmage make for some blowout plays---Activating Scourglass gains you a massive advantage, and giving it flash with Shimmer Myr can be a complete blowout---Staff of Domination can be used in great synergy with Clock of Omens or just give you some value, and isn't very impressive on its own---Hedge removal with Spawning Pit, Kuldotha Forgemaster, or Etherium Astrolabe---Metallurgeon is brought in against all sideboard hate (destruction)---Stony Silence is a popular sideboard card for affinity, and ruins this deck, a lot of the sideboard is devoted to this since this deck scoops to an unanswered stony silence---Titan Forge and Coretapper together are a turn 3 9/9 with no ramp, and is OP
