This is my attempt at a BR Vampire deck. The goal is to get creatures on the ground fast with madness and swing to win, optimally by the end of turn 4.

The goal is to curve out. Optimally, this is the sequence.

  1. land + Falkenrath Gorger
  2. land + Furyblade Vampire (18)
  3. land + Olivia via Furyblade (12)
  4. Stromkirk Condemned hasted by Olivia discarding a Falkenrath Gorger paying its mana cost and discarding to Olivia again to give it haste. Swing for lethal. You can even discard to Furyblade or Condemned for overkill!

Creatures

1 drops

  • Falkenrath Gorger: ...duh?
  • Insolent Neonate: Menace 1/1. Can in for a couple points before you sack it to madness and filter. For 1 mana, this guy is underrated.
  • Indulgent Aristocrat: I don't consider this a creature. Rather an enchantment that can sacrifice itself or others to give everything +1/+1 counters. Useful when trying to avoid Kozilek's Return or to surprise your oppenent for those last bits of damage.

2 drops

  • Stromkirk Occultist: This guy is awesome. Even if it dies after it attacks, chances are it gets 1 point in for that card advantage. It will get through most 2 drops of your opponent's and even Sylvan Advocate if you have a Condemned on the field. Speaking of which...
  • Stromkirk Condemned: Amaze-balls. This guy rocks. Lets you instant speed your vampires out twice a round while giving everything +1/+1.
  • Furyblade Vampire: A great early game piece. Not so great mid game though...
  • Heir of Falkenrath: An early game Madness enabler and a decent flying beater. On a sidenote, it can flip in response to a Reflector Mage to bypass the tempo penalty.

3 drops

  • Olivia, Mobilized for War: Your turn 4 win enabler. This + Falkenrath Gorger and a bunch on one drops in your hand = zurg swarm.
  • Drana, Liberator of Malakir: A little clunky. Stil debating whether she is fast enough...

Instants/Sorceries:

  • Fiery Temper: Lightning Bolt. 'nuff said.
  • Alms of the Vein: A cheap Lighning Helix. It only burns your opponent's face but that's the idea. For those times when you need to squeak out those last bits of damage.

Lands

Nothing much to say. The mana is pretty evenly distributed and the curve is low. You rarely ever want more than 3 lands on the battlefield, max 4. If there's more than 4, something's wrong.

Sideboard

WIP. Not sure what the meta will be after rotation. Need to find a way to deal with zombies and the m__ f__ green white tokens.
