Mono-Black/Vampire deck. Simple as that. I'm working on making this deck tournament worthy. I have a GP coming up in a few months where I live and would like to use this deck to get me through it. Any help would be appreciated.

At the beginning of December, there will be no more changes to this deck till after the GP in which I will say it's results and what should be worked on. But until than, suggestions and advice are always welcomed. Thank you all for the support and the changes that have made this deck become what it has today.

First FNM! — Jan. 3, 2015

So I just played my first Friday Night Magic and I was lucky to have it be Modern one week before the Grand Prix. Since this was my first FNM I figured I'd post the stats to you all.

Round 1: 2-1 against Boros deck. Round 2: 2-0 against Rainbow Slivers. Round 3: 0-2 against Mono Burn deck. Round 4: 2-0 against Izzet Delver. Round 5: 0-2 against Colorless Tron. Round 6: 2-0 against Izzet Delver.

Out of 46 other people I came in 10th for my first FNM with a score of 4-2. That's a win in my book. But this has also shown me something. I don't do very good against Mono-Red Burn or Trons. I'm not too worried about going up against another Tron deck, but the Burn deck is a problem. Might need to add some things to my Sideboard, but for now, this deck did better than I thought and it made me very happy. Thank you all for the help.
