Vampires Carrying Organs in Jars (Standard MTG Deck)

I haven't played Standard in 2 years until now, and I'm falling into it pretty comfortably with WB Tokens! Yes, it's technically Abzan, but the only thing we splash that single Forest for is Vraska, Relic Seeker. That's not to say she isn't important! I started with 1 copy and recently upped my game to 2, making her more likely to show up when I'm ready to cast her. Once you have an Anointed Procession on the field, that +2 gets exponentially better, and you get double Treasures as well from her -3.

liliana, death's majesty is fine as a 1-of since she can be challenging to cast, and her abilities aren't always going to be 100% useful. Most creatures in this deck have Embalm, but you can hold off when you want to use the Embalm ability by reanimating them with Liliana, who can put them into the graveyard for you while also dropping double Zombie tokens every turn with Anointed Procession on the field. Of course, she can also save Bontu the Glorified and Oketra the True if they wind up getting milled, and this method will save you mana to spend on their activated abilities right away. Even against a control deck with no creatures to bother ulting her for, having a free token generator every turn is enough to keep the pressure on.

My biggest concern right now is this question: Cast Out or Ixalan's Binding? Ixalan's Binding is great because it can remove a problematic permanent and prevent more from being cast, from Servant of the Conduit to The Scarab God . It lacks the Flash of Cast Out, but I never actually Cycle that card anyway, as I'm usually afraid to not have it when I might need it. Still, I like to be prepared for anything, and Cycling Cast Out would be a good way to keep card advantage in Game 1, before you swap some copies out for Ixalan's Binding from the sideboard.
