This is my vampire tribal EDH with Olivia, Mobilized for War as my commander. While most of the creatures in here are already vampires, she allows me to put more counters on them. It's also really cool that she only costs 3 mana. However, I might end up switching to Olivia Voldaren if I find she might work better. If you have any suggestions please leave them in the comments below.
