This B/R Vampire tribal deck will offer you complete game control with extremely beefed up vampires. +1/+1 counters are a must in this deck so i threw in a few vampire related spells that add counters for doing damage to a player. also threw in ways to extort the opponents for both playing creatures and letting creatures die. by turn 3 i can have the game under my control and i will quickly draw my way to victory.
