This deck utilizes the combo of drawing cards off of either Riddlesmith, or Vedalken Archmage with many zero mana artifacts. This decks primary win condition is to draw your library by using your artifacts as free cantrips, but if you cannot get to laboratory or draw your entire library in time you can surprise your opponent with a Grapeshot. The deck can get off as early as turn 1 but usually goes off turn 3-5. You cannot go off with just a Riddlesmith and a hand full of 0 mana artifacts but you use it to dig out Mox Opals and Vedalken Archmage. Once you have Vedalken Archmage in play you start to play artifacts and net 1 card every time. The 1 Spell Book is used so that if you end up drawing a tun of cards and not able to do enough or your Vedalken Archmages, and Riddlesmiths are in your graveyard you can hold them in your hand. The 1 elixir of immortality is so you can recycle cards you might of had to discard or if you just want to storm grapeshot for a million.
