PS, I would definitely run Chained to the Rocks over Pacifism . One less mana, and it cuts off devotion.

yes, i would suggest getting playsets of Stomping Ground and Sacred Foundry for chained. you're also gonna want 4x Temple Garden in here. I know they're expensive, but your deck will run WAY more smoothly with them. Shocking yourself shouldn't even be a problem with the lifegain from Unflinching Courage .

I think this is a pretty sweet deck, but I'd recommend potentially cutting a Hero of Iroas for a Witchstalker . Hero's ability doesn't seem super good here. Also, I've seen a lot of lists of this deck with Skylasher in the side, because mono blue is a brutal matchup. (Apparently)
