Today i came across muddle the mixture and drift of phantasm. By the way how do you Highlight the cards? Anyways, transmute seems to be the best tutor ability for blue. :)

Merchant Scroll is also a tutor!

Merchant scroll is nice cause it has no card disadvantage. Drift of phantasm lets you search for crucible of worlds, hinder or a hindered clique yourself. Hmm. A Vanishing on the clique, would that remove a card every round if it phases back in?? :)

@mattie2110; this deck was a slow process. The chances of dropping 3000 at once is not going to happen (unless you are conley woods buying 2000 Abyssal Persecutor ). ANYWAYS, something that i have learned from acquiring edh decks, you take time to find really good deals (aka ebay / trading).

Not at the moment I don't. If I did, I would find a way to play it in this deck very quickly though. :D

How about Temporal Trespass? It's pretty good in control decks that dump spells fast.

I've been thinking about Temporal Trespass. It could be very good. I'll have to test it out.

I've also been thinking about finding some more good creatures to put in here. I feel like Palinchron and Deadeye Navigator should definitely make it. Maybe Frost Titan as well.

I've had a lot of success with Rite of Replication and Clever Impersonator in my House Rules Apply EDH deck. Perhaps they can go in as well.

Lots to think about!

Lab Maniac seems like a good fit with Temple Bell/Mind over Matter

You're playing Crucible of Worlds but you don't really have a land base that can take advantage of it. More fetch lands would be a great place to start Esper Panorama, Grixis Panorama, Bant Panorama. The Panorama's are better than people give them credit for. You can play them early and still use them for mana without thinning your deck of land drops that you may still be in need of. Myriad Landscape enters tapped but ramps you when you activate it.

Buried Ruin, Command Beacon both have powerful sacrifice effects for the deck.

Scorched Ruins, Soldevi Excavations can both be afforded since you can access the lands in your graveyard again later. Excavations also allows you to turn leftover mana into card quality.

Lonely Sandbar, Remote Isle both cycle into a card then enter from the graveyard.

Mox Diamond is a turn 1 ramp card with minimal downside thanks to Crucible.

Riptide Laboratory lets you reuse the enters the battlefield triggers of Vendilion Clique, Snapcaster Mage, Trinket Mage, Venser, Shaper Savant, and Sower of Temptation. If you add Riptide then you should also add Archaeomancer. Archaeomancer + Deadeye Navigator + Mana Drain or Cyclonic Rift will lock your opponents from the game.

there are some cool cards that can add to this if you find room.

Dream Halls

Tunnel Vision win con with Vendilion Clique

Mox Diamond in place of Mox Opal just do it doesn't have to be turned on

Snow-Covered Island so you don't double all islands on the table with your Extraplanar Lens

Laboratory Maniac if you add Enter the Infinite as a win con

I run a similar deck Don't Tap Out this one looks insane for 1v1

more Ghostly Flicker effects for your commander? Obviously Deadeye Navigator does this repeatably, and he's a combo piece, but it's also easy to tutor for instants/sorceries in blue (and 3 drops with transmute)

Truly a work of art, and what a great fight that would be. Not to many people play blue in my EDH meta, I would love to go against this deck. Keep up the good work and keep getting those foils. If you want check out some of my monster decks, lots of time and money too :)

I saw you had Hinder in your list you should also consider adding Spell Crumple to the list it is another great card that can combo with Tunnel Vision

Thoughts on Tunnel Vision? V Clique can be pretty brutal with it. Love the deck!

If you already have Temple Bell and Mind Over Matter in this deck I would say you should almost definitely add Azami, Lady of Scrolls . It's an easy infinite mill "combo."

BTW, if you put Snapcaster Mage in this deck I would recommend adding Mission Briefing right away. It's arguably better than Snapcaster Mage in most formats and almost always gonna be a total upgrade in EDH. The main reason: if you target a card and you don't have enough mana to cast Snapcaster Mage and cast that spell the same turn... well Snapcaster Mage did shit. While Mission Briefing will allow you to target it this turn and put it into hand, which will allow you to cast it for alternative costs (example: Force of Will ) and also give you the opportunity to cast it next turn if you are running short on mana.

One last thing. You have a really good control shell here, but I think it would be worth throwing at least one board wipe in... Cyclonic Rift maybe? It may not be needed if you are using this deck primarily for 1 v 1's or if your meta is not creature heavy, but I would at least consider it.

Boseiju, Who Shelters All , is always a pretty decent card to throw into a deck.
