Joker1430, love the deck and per your request I'm going to add some input. I understand this is a budget build so I'm going to try to keep it that way for you and not change the overall cost of the deck. That being said, I don't want to change concepts for you or too drastically shift how you want the deck to play out, I think you did a good job with that and have a better understanding of what you were trying to do with the deck than I, so I am going to keep the flavor of the deck and try to just suggest cards that fill the same role as others but maybe more effectively or efficiently.
First off I don't think Sun Droplet is the most optimal choice, I feel its a great modern card for multi-colored decks but for mono-colored I think you have a better option. Try out Prism Ring, I think over the course of the game it will net you more life than droplet will, and the fact that it's on budget and a lower cmc makes it a perfect replacement without changing the mechanic or slot you are desiring.
Within budget, I think that Setessan Tactics can replace either of the following cards as a better version because it is an instant and still low on the mana curve: Ulvenwald Tracker, Prey Upon, or Epic Confrontation. It has the added bonus of being cast on multiple creatures for the addition of
, making it scale well and the perfect combat trick for the deck.
I'm not a huge fan of Caravan Vigil while looking at it, I think a better choice would be Gatecreeper Vine. As long as you have made the change to Prism Ring this won't effect your overall mana curve but it will provide a body along with the land you procure.
All in all it looks fun and powerful, let me know what you think of the adjustments after some testing, but I think they can and will make the deck just slightly more competitive than it currently is while keeping it on budget. Cheers!
