I would recommend upping the land count or ramp count that you have. 32 lands is very low with your ramp count.

Also, reading your description, you know that Kaho doesn't work the same as Isochron Scepter right? With her, once you cast the spell it goes to the graveyard.

Wow you're right about Kaho, thanks for the heads up! Fortunately, that won't affect the way I use this commander much and I'll likely just replace Telepathy with an Elixir of Immortality so I can get at the spells after Kaho's done with them! This also makes me feel loads better about having instants that are all so functionally similar.

As far as the lands are concerned, I know that this deck doesn't really meet the 'formula' standard, but I've play tested this deck countless times and not having enough Mana isn't as much of a problem as you might suspect.

Of course, now that I know a bit more about my commander, I'll have to take another look at it, but I'm really not too concerned with my Mana base.
