If you drop Inkmoth Nexus, Phyrexian Vatmother, and Skithiryx then add a Rogue's Passage , 3x Swamp, and 3x Phyrexian Obliterator you'd stand to make them not want to attack you at all in general as well.

Or if you want the creatureless route, just remove your creatures and add some combination of Shrieking Affliction , Quest for the Nihil Stone , The Rack , and some removal.

humm i prefer control the board/hands in early game and make only one attack to 10 of poison with one creature with Runechanter's Pike , the two situations i dont like this is against Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Ensnaring Bridge

the Shrieking Affliction , Quest for the Nihil Stone , The Rack route is nice, but for anoter deck, the main problem is to put together cards to survive to early treads, hand disruption and damage in the right way to play against my modern meta,i think i will need some Ensnaring Bridge /Smallpox /Death Cloud /Damnation to drop the infect creatures from this deck
