Main idea of this deck is to make tempo plays by making them sacrifice ramp creatures or bouncing permanents. Stuff like Springleaf Drum lets you ramp a bit and Pain Seer gets you the cards.

creatures:

Agent of the Fates - makes player sacrifice, good against all creature decks.

Pain Seer - every powerful card drawing bob especially with Springleaf Drum and Hidden Strings + can draw 2-3 cards every turn if played correctly.

Xathrid Necromancer - all your creatures are humans so that's cool.

Tormented Hero - very good one drop basically a Rakdos Cackler that can block and steal some life.

Artisan of Forms - basically win every combat trick with either Boon of Erebos , Triton Tactics and Mizzium Skin + its funny to use Retraction Helix to clone artisan of forms and then bounce their creature.

utility stuff:

Springleaf Drum - for the ramps and trigger Pain Seer on turn three.

Hidden Strings - sacrifice creatures 5ever + lets you mad trigger inspired on Pain Seer.

Aqueous Form - makes ciphering easy + lets you get a few damage over + scry 1.

Boon of Erebos - saves your guy + taps Pain Seer.

Mizzium Skin - hexproof op.

Retraction Helix - fav card ever basically can bounce ramp, Thassa, God of the Sea well basically anything + great tempo play + bonus points if you use it on Pain Seer.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - decoy easy game + playing your opponent's creatures is fun and annoying for them.

Hero's Downfall - just to take out annoying planeswalkers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion since her +1 makes Agent of the Fates useless.

Whip of Erebos - give you some life gain because Pain Seer can kill you a little.

Hour of Need - seems funny, i'm just trying it out + great finisher if your opponent is stabilizing + immune to Bile Blight care Detention Sphere so do it on your end step.

Probably going to get some Duress for the sideboard for the ctrl match ups.

Looking for a good finisher so far I've been using Spiteful Returned its good.

G1: [2-0] U/G devotion with Master Biomancer + Simic Charm + Master of Wavesfoil synergy. Round 1: Bounced Thassa, God of the Sea, cloned a Biomancer and won. Round 2: Ashiok'd his Biomancer and Thassa and made my stuff unblockable.

G1: [2-1] Naya, ramp into Elspeth, Sun's Champion strategy with chain to the rock and fleecmane lion. Round 1: Made him sacrifice his ramp then he got mana stuck. Round 2: He ramped into Elspeth so I just quit. Round 3: Took him down to 4, he stabilized, then used Aqueous Form on my Artisan of Forms turning into his Stormbreath Dragon then swung for 4 #win.

G3: [1-2] Mono-green. Round 1: Had the Agent of the Fates + Aqueous Form + Hidden Strings combo won. Round 2: Didn't hit of Agent of the Fates in time, also same for Round 3.

Overall was good: I haven't played against heavy control yet so I don't how it'll do. Seems very good against mild creature decks.
