The name came from a friend's initial reaction when I tested it against them :P

Hixus, AEtherize, and the counters like Convolute are to deal with those pesky hexproof and shroud creatures. The enchantments that exile are primarily for removing non-creature threats while still being viable for removing critters if the pace of the game calls for it. Keeping your opponent several turns behind and swinging with equipment/Militant Inquisitor is the basic win condition.
