Hello, and welcome to my attempt for a weird and fun deck.

This deck is based on burning your opponents through various ways. We play no infinite combos, cause I personally am not so fond of these. If you wanna go infinite, replace both Archfiend of Despair and Dire Fleet Ravager with any two creature combo (e.g. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion or any Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combos). Doing so, will push the power of the deck, at the cost of your friends cringing.

Although the deck is rather expensive (seems way more though, due to the imperial seal wrong pricing here), it is pretty fair on my opinion and fun to bring to the table. A lot of cards can be replaced as well.

Vial Smasher the Fierce loves spells with high converted mana cost, especially those that can be cast for less or even free. Remember only the first spell each turn counts, although you can cast an instant on a opponent's turn as well and do damage as long it is your first spell that turn.

Cards like Spellshock and Painful Quandary can be very painful for your opponents, and prevent many combos that are based on casting multiple spells. Bloodchief Ascension can be really punish aristocrats and graveyard shenanigans. Wound Reflection and similar cards, can make things even worse for your opponents.

The main synergy we try to achieve is to get both Archfiend of Despair and Dire Fleet Ravager into play simultaneously. This will deal some serious damage to your opponents, especially if Archfiend of Despair survives until the end step. The main way to do this, as long as you don't have any of those creatures in hand, is through Divergent Transformations (notice that we do not play any other creatures in our deck to be able to do so). Our second commander Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and cards like card::Bitterblossoom, that make tokens but are not creature cards, also help with this strategy.

A bunch of tutors are played for this reason. In case we have both creatures in hand, we want to discard those and use Victimize, or Living Death to bring those to play. Another way to proceed if you have any of those creatures in hand, is through effects that shuffle your hand into library and redraw. We have three such effects in the deck, card::Valakult Awakening, Winds of Change and Molten Psyche. The last two can mess with your opponents hand if needed.

The deck contains three board wipes for creatures (not including Living Death and Vandalblast. There is also plenty of targeted removal. Feel free to adjust all these to your liking.

P.S.: Undaunted, Delve, Affinity, Convoke and anything that can be cast for less, is nice with Vial Smasher the Fierce. Madness could be used as well, as long as you can discard cards via some permanent's activated or triggered ability. Casting a spell to discard won't work, since your madness spell won't be the first spell.
