Using the new partner commanders this deck's purpose is to attempt to cast spells on each player's turn thus taking advantage of Vial Smasher the Fierce's ability and Rashmi, Eternities Crafter's ability. To do this is runs large amounts of ramp and card draw as well as multiple abilities designed to give flash or cards that have flash.

This deck is a work in progress and the list will likely change as I play it and discover where it fails and where it succeeds.
