So recently saw a deck on mtggoldfish about legacy cheerios using Experimental Frenzy located here https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/instant-deck-tech-experimental-cheerios-legacy

A couple of things led me to this list which is a very rough work in progress. First, I don't have Mox Opal 's, and they are a bit expensive. Second, the restricted list in Vintage threw me for a loop, as some of the broken things I am used to in Legacy and Pauper simply aren't available. Also, I picked up Power 9 slightly on the cheap, and wanted to do something with it.

Basics of the deck are to get Experimental Frenzy on the board, possibly along with Helm of Awakening and some moxen, go through your deck to get to burning wish, pull the storm card of your choice from the sideboard and win.

Problems I ran into were first the restricted cards, Lotus Petal, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Brainstorm which is good for taking cards out of your hand and into the library. Second, was a MTGO bug with Ancestral Knowledge, it exiles the top 10 cards of your library, you put them in order, then they just stay exiled. The cumulative upkeep still works on it, so there is that downside.

Fun I got to add in, Fast mana with Moxen and Black Lotus, Time Vault to pair with Voltaic Key which can also be used for the Codex Shredder or Pyxis of Pandemonium to mill some of the few lands out of the deck when unneeded, Monastery Mentor in case you want to try and just win in a more fair manner, and Time Walk to try and get there. Ancestral Recall and Timetwister while powerful, might not get to where I need to be to combo off successfully.
