The deck is based on playing as many field wipes as I can until my opponent overextends themselves so that i could play Vish Kal and swing for the win with general damage.

My early game is used to drop rock mana to get into the game faster than my opponent, and with luck, tutor for a card to speed up my game (Necropotence).

I am looking for advice to keep my games consistent but I do need to stay on a budget.
