This was initially going to be a Phage (hence mostly black) or Teysa (hence white splash) deck, but I felt that Vish could provide some more consistent wins through commander damage than Teysa might, and is easier to build around than Phage. I have a sizable reanimation package to both make use of opponent's killed creatures and make sacrificing things less detrimental in case I want a sudden commander kill. Imp's mischief is in there for some fun, and if phage is in the 'yard it can potentially redirect an opponent's reanimation to her for a surprise kill.
