I am aware that this deck is currently oversized and not nearly well enough tested. I was looking at ideas around the Progenitor Mimic and Flicker effects,and thought it would be fun in a populate deck. I had already been contemplating a splicer deck and figured I'd see how the ideas worked around each other. My local scene isn't horribly competitive, so while I realize the mimic could be taken to other heights, I'd like to try using him in a way I've never seen. This is my first posted deck, so enjoy!
