Your main advantage - you just peacefully heal yourself! You have no foes, because you dont targeting opponents.

There is two ways to play this deck:

1. One shot - everyone dies
You ramping and heals only for 3-4 HP each turn. Then on 6-7 turn you have 8+ mana and show Congregate , Crypt Rats or Gray Merchant of Asphodel , healing yourself to 25+ HP

2. Healing slowly but surely
Curse blinker with Trespasser's Curse ; activate ability at turn of elfes, if you control Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant ; keep your Deathgreeter if someone about to explode all creatures

• Use lifelink ability of Vizkopa Guildmage on Crypt Rats
• If you out of anything to play, just use both abilities and attack

Card selection

• Spells like Syphon Soul or Blood Tithe on practice are not so useful as they looks like. Tithe for example deals only 15 damage for 7 mana on sorcery speed. It same if we activating ability twice and heal for 8 life (2x8=16). Or if we plays 2 mana spell and heals for 5 with 2 Extorts .
• Children of Korlis + Soul Channeling is about -40 HP combo. Both pieces can be found with Ramosian Sergeant and Heliod's Pilgrim
• Detainment Spell better then Vendetta for example, because it disable ability to cast your opponents commander again. Also, politics
• Street Wraith give you additional card draw when you recurs him with Death Denied , Shattered Crypt or Reaping the Graves .
