The Orzhov Syndicate does an okay job of draining the opponents' life on its own, but toss in Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability, and even regular lifegain/lifelink can be a force to be reckoned with.

The idea behind this Pauper EDH deck is to get Vizkopa Guildmage out as soon as possible to take advantage of her second ability ("1WB: Whenever you gain life this turn, each opponent loses that much life") as much as you can. I did my best to saturate the deck with Creatures with Lifelink while the holes were filled with kill spells from black and white, exiling spells, and a touch of tokens and high toughness creatures for extra defense.

The deck is pretty stable on its own (even against regular EDH decks), and though it works best in early-to-midgame (when the opponent's field isn't as built up, depending on the opp's build), even Late game will the deck keep its engine, especially since this ability stacks and the most important spells/creatures (lifelink, life drain/gain, extort) are so cheap. This deck's two biggest weaknesses are that Vizkopa Guildmage must be out at all times in order for it to be effective (even though she's cheap to cast the first time, it can get bad if she dies too much) and that creatures can easily be killed. Ther are some cards in here to deal with them, but be sure to keep your creatures handy for blocking or attacking (about half attacking and half not, and almost never with the Guildmage herself unless you know she's safe), lest the opponent rids your field and beats you down before you can bleed them dry.

Of course, any and all suggestions are welcome.
