This is a green, blue and black deck helmed by Volrath, the Shapestealer.

The primary strategy is to strengthen your own creatures with +1/+1 counters and weaken your opponent's creatures with -1/-1 counters. Once you begin to build the counters up, you can then proliferate them, which add another counter of that type to each permanent or player of your choice!

As proliferate works with the permanents or players of your choice, you can use the increase of +1/+1 or -1/-1 counters as bargaining chips for politicking with the other players.

Llanowar Reborn, Dreadship Reef, the Vivid lands, and Agent's Toolkit are each noncreature cards that come into play with counters on them, and you can proliferate the counters on them as well!

When playing against Rienne, Angel of Rebirth, focus your removal and -1/-1 for their commander. They can recur their other creatures if their commander is in play, but can't if their commander is kept out of action. Likewise, you can use Scavenging Ooze to keep their creatures from returning to their hand at end of turn.

When playing against Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, you can either meet them token to token with Hapatra, Vizier of Poison or Nest of Scarabs, or control their graveyard with cards like Scavenging Ooze to prevent recursion. As most of their creatures are 3 or less toughness, Find / Finality can be destructive at the right moment.

When playing against Alela, Artful Provocateur, there are two major strategies to keep them contained. Like Rienne, you can focus their commander, which is easier than Rienne, as Alela has only 3 toughness. Otherwise, you can control the number of artifacts and enchantments with cards like Cankerbloom, Carnivorous Canopy, and Wickerbough Elder.
