First off holy shit your long winded I only made it through "deck strengths" before I quit reading. Second we can't see your "acquire board" only you can but if you ment "maybe board" than that's fine. Now on to actual comments on your deck first off I feel your missing a few "must haves" for the deck (and no they are not in your maybe board) Doubling Season yes I know it's like $15-$20 but it speaks for itself, your already running Pentad Prism so why not add in Pemmin's Aura/Freed from the Real for true infinite mana? Then you can get infinite turns with that magistrates scepter you have there and both of those enchantments can tap as well making your gilder bairn that much easier to use and he can target your planeswalkers without the use of a Liquimetal Coating second you mentioned somewhere something about infinite combos Gilder Bairn+Paradise Mantle+Training Grounds (Im not running this combo in mine yet cause I have not worked on mine in 3-4 months and only came up with this combo 2-3 months ago lol) next want infinite draws? Etched Oracle is to good not to run you can use him to draw yourself a win, or with infinite counters and mana you can use him to force feed your opponents to death. If you want to you can go look at mine for more ideas Vorel: 2 times the flavor, 2 times the fun

Yeah, I suck at editing/being short and to the point. And thanks for your comment, I seriously did not know others can't see my acquire board - I'll add them to the maybe board soon and edit everything down. I am not spending too much time/money for perfect cards, but I have kept my eye out for Doubling Season for a long time and can't find one for trade or sale. Pemmin's Aura is a great idea which I will definitely add in since I have one. Freed from the Real & Etched Oracle seem awesome too, I'll try to pick them up. Don't think I'll try to add in the Paradise Mantle or Training Grounds just because it seems a bit too much work for a somewhat far-fetched combo, plus I already have a Training Grounds in an artifact deck. Don't underestimate the power of Soul's Might. I know it is less commonly used, but it would be pretty effective in your deck.

Did you notice your infinite combo that's already in the deck?

HeroInMyOwnMind - I guess it won't hurt to give it a try next time I play. Would be awesome with one of the hydras.

jandrobard - I haven't updated the description in a while so I know the only one I have listed is with Magistrate's Scepter, but there are a couple of them in the deck, mostly with Vorel and Experiment Kraj + some other creatures. Kraj + Gyre Sage + Gilder Bairn is infinite mana. Add a Fathom Mage to those and you get infinite card draw with it, basically letting you dump your permanents from your library onto the battlefield unless interrupted. If there's another one I'm not seeing, let me know.

I love simic, my first EDH was simic, but it is so vulnerable. Any removal - kill spells, exile, even bounce - will wreck you. You will lose turns of investment. Mine was stacked to the teeth but still went down hard to simple things. So try and work in some protection where you can. Asceticism is a great start. You're also missing a lot of really thug cards like Scute Mob, Prime Speaker Zegana etc
