So its most likely a basic Vorel edh. Abusing his interaction with counters on mainly artifacts. Turning normally meh artifacts into huge bombs. IE, Pentad Prism, Heliophial, Etched Oracle, Grindclock, Titan Forge, Golem Foundry.

Some of the cooler combos: Pentad Prism, Vigean Graftmage, and Vorel can make infinite mana and counters on things as long as the Prism is high enough on counters. Glen Elendra Archmage and Master Biomancer eats all the noncreature spells for U (since Archmage persists, but comes back with two +1/+1 counters, removing the -1/-1 counter so it persists again) Teferi, Seedborn Muse, Tangle Wire, and Vorel let you essencially lock the game, since with a high enough number of counters on Tangle Wire, no one has open mana or anything and can't cast things because Teferi won't let them cast on their upkeep. And then Seedborn lets you have things to play on everyone elses turns. Throne of Geth and Sphine of Ish Sah let you have a repeatable source of removal, so long as you have the mana to keep dropping the Spine.
