Hmm, I see your point on Bioshift . It's a unique effect that you can't get elsewhere. That's the kind of card that you can only choose based on experience. I'd test it out and see how it plays for you. Worst case scenario you just wasted some time getting a bargain bin common.

There are some other cards I've spotted now that might be interesting.

Astral Cornucopia is awesome, an Everflowing Chalice that produces colored mana, ready for the doubling!

Protean Hydra and Vastwood Hydra both have interesting effects to go with their X-cost +1/+1 counters. Protean Hydra gets big rather quickly, and if you remove counters with, say, Zameck Guildmage or Bioshift , it gets them back at end of turn... doubled! (It's not just from damage.) Vastwood Hydra spreads the love when it dies, so at worst you're giving counters to your other creatures, which will gobble them up nicely.

Strength of the Tajuru is a flexible massive mana sink at instant speed. Can be used as a combat trick or just an end of turn dump right before you get to untap. (Note that each of the creatures gets that number of counters. If you spend 5GG, and choose two creatures, they each get 4 +1/+1 counters.)

Oh, I didn't see that you were already considering Strength of the Tajuru . Whoops, my bad.

What to cut...

I think Strength of the Tajuru is better than Decree of Savagery . There are times that Decree is better, but if you're casting it for 9, Strength will get you the same effect on 4 creatures versus your whole board. Or it will get you 6 counters on two of them. And you can go higher. If you're cycling it, then the only extra benefit is you're drawing a card. But, you can't cast it for anything other than 4GG or 7GG. I like Strength better, because often flexibility is more important in Commander. Of course, you could keep both and cut something else.

I have no idea how strong or weak Plasm Capture is. I've mentioned I really don't like Lorescale Coatl , since it only slowly gets big. I also don't know how good Ivy Lane Denizen is for you, but I suspect it's weak. Blessings of Nature and Increasing Savagery are decent, but cuttable, with Blessings being weaker.

Lorescale Coatl teamed with Zameck Guildmage is a house. It's repeatable cheap card draw, which is always amazing. I think Plasm Capture and Ivy Lane Denizen may be on the chopping block for sure, as is the Decree.

Ah, I didn't see that combo. That makes sense. It also interacts nicely with Give / Take . If you're looking for sweet combos with Zameck Guildmage , you can try creatures with Undying and Persist. You can pop off the +1/+1 counter from undying with his second ability, and you can trigger his first ability before a creature with persist dies, and for the rest of that turn they will come into play without the persist -1/-1 counter. In both cases you can effectively have immortality. Here's a list of all the relevant cards.

It sucks that Prophet of Kruphix is banned now. Do you think you have too many land cards?

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage is always good, and if you're going to put a Garruk Planeswalker into this deck, consider Garruk, Primal Hunter instead of Garruk Wildspeaker

Btw, i like your willingness to not put Sol Ring or Command Tower into this deck :)

Survival of the Fittest, Primeval Bounty, Mana Reflection and Asceticism, though costly, are good picks as well. If you get rid of a few lands, you could make room for these maybe? Idk. Anyway, love the deck

Some other options for artifact/enchantment hate: Bane of Progress (mass destruction on a stick, plus counters), Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury (Planeswalker with artifact/enchantment hate), Nullmage Advocate (play politics while removing troublesome cards), Woodripper (theoretically infinite destruction), and Calming Verse (keep your own enchantments.)
